How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Not long! Unframed Prints are dispatched in 1-2 working days and Framed Prints and Canvases are dispatched in 1-4 working days. Delivery is then 1 to 2 days in the UK and 2-10 days internationally, depending on the destination and the size of the items.

Can you tell me more about your printing?

All of our prints are created with original, high quality inks for the best possible image reproduction.

We use 240gsm acid free, fine grain artist's paper for crisp and vibrant designs with high colour density that won't fade.

Can you tell me more about your framed prints?

Our frames are handmade in the UK by Guild recognised framers from solid wood with a variety of finishes. They are professionally taped and sealed for protection and arrive ready to hang.

Available in black, white, dark wood or light wood.

Our mounts are conservation grade, FSC certified, 100% acid free, and will not discolour or fade with age.

Can you tell me more about your canvases?

Our canvases are produced using a true colour giclée fine art printing process on 400gsm artist-grade finely textured canvas for outstanding detail.

They are hand finished on 38mm professional knotless pine stretcher bars and arrive ready to hang.

What sizes are your prints?

As part of the design process you are free to choose the size you would like. Prints are available from 8" up to 32" in landscape, portariat and square.

Will my framed print or canvas arrive ready to hang?

All framed prints and canvases are supplied with cord attached, ready for hanging.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payment in a secure environment with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and PayPal.

How do I know my payment details are safe?

At Printrigue.com, we ensure that we offer all our customers the highest level of security possible on all orders. How do I know if my order has been received?

You will receive an order confirmation by email within 15 minutes of completing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your email filters.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Our products are automatically sent to print once you place your order and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please ensure you are happy with the content and layout of the design before ordering.

How can I track my delivery?

You can track the progress of your order from confirmation to delivery. All the details will be included with your confirmation email.

Can my order be ready for a for a certain date?

We always do our best to complete orders as soon as possible. If you require your order urgently please contact us before ordering and we'll let you know what we can do.

Are you available for custom work?

We do accept a small amount of bespoke requests. As you may expect, these unique creations are more expensive because they take much more time. Please contact us about your project and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
